The first consideration once you have found us is how you can access the property.  The gate to the drive way should be unlocked for you.  Please do not drive further down than the water tank, as the path/drive way is 4 wheel drive only.  Once you have parked your car, there is an 80 meter walk down to the house.  Please advise us if you have mobility considerations.

We will be at the home to meet you or the key will be in a lock box.  The heat pump will be on if needed and there is an book of instructions for the gas fire and all other items for your use.

Please remember we are an Eco house and ask that you only use Eco friendly chemicals in our waste system and preserve water where possible.

We also want to make sure that items are sorted for recycling and waste. There is a two bin recycling system outside, divided for glass or plastic and card. the black round bin is for land fill only and we do have chooks, should you wish to keep food waste separate.  We can collect this when needed.

We ask you do not use bath towels for the beach. There are beach towels for your use.  Please make sure these are well shaken before being put in our washing machine.  The 15 minute wash is normally more than suitable for towels.

If you need a travel cot please give us prior notice.

In  the kitchen there are two ovens and two cook tops (8 rings)  We normally only have one available. The second is available on request if you are entertaining a larger group.  We only allow this with prior written notice.  The kitchen is very well appointed and we ask you do not remove anything from it for picnics. There are picnic items available for you to use.

Please do not hesitate to contact Terri 0275268771 if you can’t find anything or have any further questions, we are not far away.  We normally make visits during the hours of 10.am to 4.pm to remove rubbish.

Happy Holidays.
